“Waters of Babylon- Sand Zephyr” is an expressive in lines using linear blending to create the illusion of solidity. Sand is a substance that can be solid when packed together hard, liquid when mixed with water, and translucent when dispersed on the wind. I didn’t necessarily want to start with sand but it’s where I ended up.
